What materials and tools do you use?
I use a variety of yarns ranging from acrylic worsted weight to bulky chenille depending on the piece. My pieces are stuffed with polyester fiber, and I use plastic buttons and safety eyes/safety noses. I use embroidery thread for mouths and blush. Are these safe for children?
No. Safety eyes are secured with plastic washers on the inside. While snug, constant chewing/pulling can loosen the eye, posing a choking hazard. As of August 2023, I've started melting down the backs of the eyes to further minimize the chances of the eyes falling out. 

How do you clean the plushies?
Use cold soapy water for 10-15 minutes, gently squeeze all of the water out, and let air dry completely. If machine washing, place plushie in a mesh laundry bag, gently wash with cold water, and dry on a gentle cycle with cool air.

Do you take commissions?
I am not taking any commissions at this time.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
I stock at least 1 of everything available on my website in my inventory so that when I get an order, I can ship it next business day. I do allow my items to sell beyond what I have available though so that if there's something you really want, and I have the materials for it, you can still purchase it, but it may take me an extra day or two to make it. With that said, I make sure all orders ship within 1-5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
I do not offer free shipping. Most small handmade businesses that offer free shipping disguise the cost of shipping in their prices. Since I ship small and large plushies to many countries, the cost of shipping varies too much to build the shipping cost into my prices, so you'll always see the cost of shipping calculated at checkout. I ship using USPS. Shopify, my website host, offers me shipping discounts that I pass directly to you, so the price you see for shipping is exactly what it costs me.
